About the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario
The Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario is a voluntary association of lawyers representing refugees, with approximately 300 members. The RLA engages in submissions and consultations on policy issues, both with the Federal and Provincial governments and with courts, tribunals, and agencies related to immigration and refugee law. While we are an organization representing lawyers in Ontario, our listserv membership includes lawyers across Canada and our positions take into account the views expressed by all our members.
